they should be so cheap that a deductible should be meaningless. of course insurance has driven ALL costs out of sight..

"specialty care visits for diagnosis,"

again, diagnosis should be very cheap.

"out patient mental health and prescription drug coverage."

gotta protect the liberal voters..

My doctors office messed up and billed me directly for my last annual physical. The actual cost if I paid out of pocket was half one month's premium. But hey, at least there wasn't a $10 copay.
