"Deductibles do not apply to primary care visits," they should be so cheap that a deductible should be meaningless. of course insurance has driven ALL costs out of sight.. "specialty care visits for diagnosis," again, diagnosis should be very cheap. "out patient mental health and prescription drug coverage." gotta protect the liberal voters..
