Why are you reacting to the publicly known risk factors that Yahoo! wants investors to note? There is nothing detective here. As an investor, you do not need to be ashamed/scared of these risks and/or hide under the mirage of hyperbolic growth. Be realistic and stop humiliating others.

Peter,

I checked the link you provided for YHOO investor relations. Noticed it had the shares outstanding at 49.5 million shares and a 8 million float. Any guesses on where they came up with 49.5? Perhaps options have been exercised?
