Jim, please not this sentence, "I am not a crook". Some 12 years ago I resigned from Corporate America a short time after the Chairman (my boss, since I was only a lowly President) used the same sentence exactly. I responded, well, I do not look good in stripes, you'll have to buy the rest of my contract. In the last few months the charming Gentleman (and he is one of the most charming people I have known) has been indicted by the SEC. So, this sentence send chills down my spine. Zeev
