Ken....I rarely want to buy a stock on only 2-3 days observation.....All false rallys have stock price increase, until the long slide backwards.....I used to guess at bottoms and have been disappointed on more than one occasion.....When I began to understand the volume/price correlation, along with overall market measurements, both technical and fundamental, I have been seldom dissapointed....I have been poring over all the data I can this weekend and it looks like we have hit bottom, finally, and are on the way up.....There's lots of reasons for this......My strategy has kept me from buying CPQ at much higher levels trying to "guess" at a bottom....I know I will never get in at the exact bottom using these techniques, but I will get in on the lower 1/3 of the pricing action.....That's good enough for me.......Probably Monday or Tuesday........George
