Seagrove...you DIDN'T respond to ME. I'm just guessing, but I'm thinking you were born about 1973? If that's the case then you were about 16 when the Soviet Union broke up. That probably made you think the threat of nuclear war was over. You AND koan are probably equally oblivious to the situation as it now stands.
