Kailesh, internet-based SFA software is not unique, but the net-concentric approach used by NetGain is new and is unique. The details will come out in the marketing blurbs in a few weeks, also an on-line demo at some point. Details are still "under wraps" at the moment, but were shown in part at the November investor meeting.

Kailish- I wonder if the previous days drop had a little something to do with the timing of the BROC announcement. I'm often critical of "hype" from the companies I short; on the other hand, there is something to be said for protecting shareholder value. In the case of BROC I choose the latter.
