Thanks, Drakes, for the info.

I have since checked with a good half-dozen other web sources of Edgar data, and not a one of 'em list any QGLY 144's since the September one. I don't get it. A filed 144 is supposed to be a standard SEC form. So why is this December one a "stealth" filing? Is the filer able to keep it from showing up in the Edgar database somehow? Weird.

Anyone know what's going on?

Anyway, thanks again for the heads-up, and for the follow-up info.

Gregory Macauly is classified as a shareholder according to insidertrader.com. Not as serious as company officials selling shares.
