Bill C paid $3.5M per year by Intl Laureate U to be an "honorary chancellor." His job was to "inspire" people! In total, this outfit paid him $17.6M in total over the years. The story was prompted by an email in which Doug Band took credit for making Bill Clinton $50 million! Basically for nothing but renting out his name. No wonder his running buddy, you know who, wants in on the action.
