True Grit Resources (TGI.H-V) Aug 8, '18 satellite play, has optioned a large property package approximately 6.7 southeast of Sokoman Iron (SIC-V) flagship Moosehead high-grade gold project in Newfoundland. The property is two kilometres long by two km wide and roughly on trend with the gold-mineralized mesothermal orogenic quartz vein system that is Sokoman's exploration diamond drilling program. Sokoman reports in its July 30, 2018, news release, that its first drill hole (MH-18-01) produced an 11.9-metre intersection (109.0 m to 120.9 m depth) that contains 44.96 grams per tonne gold. True Grit has signed an option to acquire 100 per cent in the property by completing a share issuance and cash payment to the vendor of $15,000 in cash consideration and the issuance of 2.5 million common shares of the company upon exchange approval.
