Here you go No. That isn't a reply to the point raised and the questions asked. The closest it comes is to the point about northerners vs southerners, its a partial reply to that noting that "southern" in that tally only applies to members of congress from the formerly confederate states. But that's not a very thorough reply even on that point. Still its at least a beginning. It raises a relevant point.
