I understand. I thought about voting for Trump for ... I don't know, a few hours maybe .. but I don't see the point. He doesn't pass the standards (moral, intellectual, political) a conservative should want imo. Voting for a candidate this bad just encourages the GOPe to think they own all our votes and we'll accept whoever they say vote for. And it's not going to matter in a red or blue state. I think the lesser evil argument only has relevance in a swing state. Elsewhere I think people are just telling the GOPe their voters don't have any standards. If a Republican can't carry TX w/o my vote, he's not going to win anywhere. I want to cast a protest vote to send a message to the Republican establishment that we're not all their property. I also considered Castle. Probably doesn't matter. Plus once people decide they are voting for Trump, they seem to think they have to defend EVERYTHING. If he gets in a fight with a woman (women), they think they have to join him in ranting about them being disgusting ugly sluts. People don't have to do stuff like that ... they can vote for someone as the lesser evil w/o defending the evil. Good people defending him over everything just makes him look like a moral corrupter to me I intend to vote Republican down ticket except for a couple who I happen to know don't deserve my vote.
