>If the stock jumps up to 35 on no news (just earnings), then it should still retain a greater degree of upward potential (perhaps including a buy-out figure higher than 40). I've no idea how to play the game if this happens. Someone else will, no doubt.<

I have a thought Gary. Buy puts. Puts for every share of ASND you own. If it goes to 35, buy less expensive puts, such as the 30's, to protect yourself during a downward spiral. I would have saved myself a fortune if I had done this on most of my holdings during the last year. Heck, If I had done this on ASND when it was at 45 you can imagine the savings. Protect yourself in this harsh environment, even if it will cost a little to buy that insurance. I am now a firm believer in protecting profits.

Gary,

Thanks. And, keep the lvl II posts coming. It's addictive and I find myself hitting all kinds of NEXT's until I get to your posts.

See you at 35+. We'll know what to do by then.

There's no fun if you plan!
