All: Recommendation for apple There is a rumor floating around that Apple may be taken over by IBM. I heard this in CNN-fn in Digital Jam. Apple appears to be a good fit for IBM. It helps also Apple as it is not able to find a new CEO. Today the stock is up. Apple also is mentioned in todays Wallstreet Week . It may be worth looking into as a short-term play. I am not a fan of Apple. IMHO rgds ANANT

Margaret, thanks for reminding us. Good thing though that I remembered it. I just read the post since it was not specifically addressed to me. I, of course, had forgotten to remind you. This is a great beginning for the new year. I hope my memory gets better as time progresses. But at least we had a good market today. Nice move in Intel, CPQ and HWP. Sonny
