John, it just occured to me that the users of this elitist language would be better served if they used 's for possessive and ", ' or ~ for contractions, rather than using the same symbol for a variety of purposes, than belongs to it would be the rational it's and it is would be for instance it"s. How do we get such a change promulgated into the language?

In Israel they had a real problem of adapting a two thousand years old language to modern time, and they actually have a group of etymologists, philologists and probably few philophiles (!!!! usage makes it acceptable !!!) meeting every so often and custom desing new words. This in the same fashion as "cornuciation" came into existence and the world throth (and not troth) appears in some of my patents (the examiner missed this one, but then it was not in a claim).
