<..There are no sells out there...>

In the rating inflated, paper chinese wall of Wall St investment banking firms, you will rarely see an actual sell. Strong buy is buy, buy is hold, hold is sell, and sell is short. Have you ever seen a formal "short" recommendation by a major investment banking firm?

But even though I sold at higher levels, I am not recommending selling or buying - simply discussing various aspects of competition and near term earnings/revenue pressure.

<..Zacks rates it 1.8 not bad at all with all the your clouds hanging over it...>

I don't intend to *create* clouds of my "own", just to point out their potential existence as I see them. And I take Zacks with a grain of salt. I'd recommend using First Call or I/B/E/S for the "street's" expectations, if that is what you are looking to.

<..My broker H&Q just changed it to a hold from a buy. (Thats Chaplinsky of INTC.) Included in consencusz. In his previous write ups he speaks very highly of the company and its technology. The korea sit. and announcement of temp short fall in earnings changed his ratings...>

I agree that Rob likes TXN longer term (as do I). As we've discussed before:
