FBI Reopens Hillary Email Investigation, So Obama Can Pardon Her When She Loses hmmm... to 'pardon someone' (of whatever they are being pardon that someone of/from) guilt would have to be proven and conviction taken place .... *unless there is CONFESSION... yes ? confession... makes me think of.... it depends of the meaning of the word IS... is... -lol i find hard to believe that this witch will ever admit to anything... my point is, obama has not enough time for the process to run and have the chance to pardon this witch. the real question ought to be.... why don't the spineless con-gress start proceedings against the muslim for treason ? indeed... the witch ought to be tried for the same.... i do not believe treason is a pardonable crime
