I think bombs are the biggest US export. The countries that receive them do not pay for them with cash - that payment is from US taxpayers - they do pay in other ways, though.

The reason I am greatly encouraged by this Presidential election is that it should prove to the world that even after over two hundred years of experience with Democracy, we are still clueless. The next time someone has the idea that the United States should promote democracy around the world they will hopefully be laughed out of the room.
