Managment responding is just a commonsense need of the shareholders. That was my point, most of us realize that at some point RMIL officers must come to bat for the company, themselves, and ultimately the shareholders. The release of the 8-K today is a positive sign of that. Now we will see next week what they had to say. I am glad to hear Puhr saying that everything is going as planned and we should have closure to this merger/cash issue soon. I was glad to hear it from him because in my conversations with Morgan and Roland, I have no confidence in what either of them have told me and their demeanor just rubbed me the wrong way. I have not yet spoken to Puhr but my impression of him, so far, is that he is the most credible of them all. Brenton and Morgan may have successes in their past, they obviously have less than stellar pasts at the same time. I have faith and trust in Michael Weber and his interpretation and impression of Puhr; lacking a personal conversation with Puhr yet, the release of the 8K and Michael Weber's impression of Puhr's comments make me feel alot better about my position for the first time since the halt. I agree with Pugs that pursueing info from company sources in Colorado/Wyoming is a great place to start finding answers. For whatever reason, the Morgan/Brenton tandem have used up all the lines of BS I care to hear. The contents of the 8K and, hopefully, a conversation with Puhr will determine for me what I will do regarding my RMIL position. I think it will for several RMIL holders. My whole point in all 3 longwinded posts today was and is still the same. We are all knowledgeable investors, not children and/or sheep. We have the knowhow and the ability to determine, decide, and do what we all feel is the right thing for us. That is the way it is and should be. Continuous beating of the same issues into each other is pointless at this stage of the game. Tom Osbourne will retire or not based on what he has to do for him, not what Nebraska or the country feels he should do. People, pro and con, on the thread should give others on the thread the courtesy to let them do what they feel they need to without the BS. Just like the personal lives of the people here shouldn't matter to the trade of this security, neither should whether Joe Blow, myself or anyone else decides to buy, sell, hold or burn their certs.
