I seem to remember the Republican controlled congressional leader stepping down shortly after failed attempts to go after a Clinton. Will history repeat itself?

His name was Newt Gingrich, and he was cheating on his wife whilst impeaching Bill Clinton for a blow job. The senate GOP leader was busy paying off boys he'd molested.
