This has been proved effective in disarming those who should not be armed...* Well maybe, but if it's only confined to minorities specifically blacks and Latinos. I mean they're the ones who are found guilty of most of our crime and populate most of our prisons. Thank God, we have Club Fed prisons for white folks. It's just not safe for a white prison inmate these days.
