SEC filings are very important for both bears and bulls. They helped me bail out of Cityscape at 9 1/8 (now at 3/4); and I posted that SEC filing information on that thread. Yahoo!'s 10Q information is very contrary to the hype of hyperbolic growth made by several posts here. If I read such hypes and PR documentaries on this thread again, I may post the risks AGAIN to offer a counterbalance.

SEC is currently investing charges against major brokerage companies who send to their clients "cheat sheets" that project hyperbolic growth for companies they promote. SEC is VERY concerned about such hypes because promoting brokerages often exit while their clients are still in a buying spree. Be ware!
