and some have speculated that his motivations are political. In a way. I suspect strongly that Comey is tired of being kicked around by Republicans. Rumor has it that he was under pressure by some Congressmen who had some knowledge of the email. And finally, he had boxed himself into a corner with the way he played the decision not to prosecute. In essence, he has tried to please everyone. And that has put him in a bad position to deal with these new, if in fact they actually are new, email. It looks like he may have managed to torpedo his career because of it. He has damaged his reputation for being impartial, and he looks like a dumbass as more information comes out. Sad!
