Orders 2) reduce or eliminate Dept. of Education 3) reduce and restrict IRS & EPA 4) eliminate baseline budgeting 5) term limits on Congress, no pensions 6) eliminate duplicitous offices and services 7) freeze Federal hiring. RIF 20% by attrition 8) Penny Plan the entire budget except Defense 9) streamline every office, bureau, dept. 10) simplify taxes, eliminate most deductions 11) Dump Obamacare. Nothing is better than that mess!
