That would appear to be the only reason......I wonder if they have decided that this one reason may not be worth the baggage they are picking up along the way??

Mike,

The only problem for RMCW if they get the money, is that RMIL is now tainted goods. There are plenty of shell companies out their for RMCW to reverse merger into.

But hey if they get the money.... and RMIL has the short position...

... then we will all find out soon enough when Mmkrs rejoin in the active trading in the stock to cover their shorts.

Of course, I will believe it when I see it.

And there is that little matter about 15c2-11 in which the Mmkrs must certify that they have reviewed current financials from the company.
