dman. When you mean Interest from the banks - Do you mean actual interest in a deposit or return on an investment in a bank stock?

The reason I ask is that interest in bank deposits is around 1% while most of Canada's Bank stocks have doubled in a about 2-3 years. There are some blue chippers that I was "bored" with about a year ago and dumped. They sure were not boring after the last year - 40-60% gains.

Having said that, they still do not match the excitement that DML has created on a number of occasions in the past three months.
