I think this is over

At the very least her security clearance will be lifted.

"To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences,” Comey said. “To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.” James Comey July 5"

Representative Mike Pompeo, a Republican member of that committee who also has read the e-mails, told us, “It’s important, given all the information we now know, that the House of Representatives work alongside the executive branch to determine whether it’s appropriate for Secretary Clinton to continue to hold her security clearances.”

At the very worse..look below: US Code Title 18 Part 1 Chapter 2071

Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

claiming that this new criminal investigation isn't hurting her.

That may be true enough....most of the Hilliary supporters would vote for her even if she was indicted so this changes nothing for them...and if all the Wikileaks disclosures have not changed other people's minds before now...short of an actual indictment, I think this will probably have negligible effect ultimately. I saw one poll that said 30+% less likely to vote for her...but we will have to see if that actually pans out....Who wants to admit they are voting for a criminal unless you are a real Hilliary partisan sheeple type??.
