If you have not been charged and then convicted, you are not a criminal. Any lawyer knows that, even those with the poorest of girl school educations. The lack of charges after years of investigation represents only that a weak and unprovable partisan theory was thoroughly investigated - with negative results. What is your theory as to how the probe was fixed? That you disagree with the outcome is only an unfortunate reflection upon you, your impartiality and your legal training.
