I can give you a little shortcut to save you some time on CHAT. They had a news release the other day which stated they could not meet their financial obligations. They do have a small contract with the Canadian gov't, but had someone (it escapes me at the moment who) to back out of a deal. Therefore they can't pay their bills unless they have found someone in the last 2 or three days to loan them some money. They own no gateway to my knowledge, but if I'm not mistaken they do have an award winning product (just not any money). This is one peach of a company if I've ever seen one...They could probably use some of the 7 million in FTEL's coffers. Please excuse me, I just checked the news on CHAT and they just arranged a debt financing of 540,000. Who knows?
