Francis...Correct me if I'm wrong, but for the longest time I understood that the shares issued included all options granted and warrants exercisable... Shares issued, means exactly what it says... When I go through various news releases on Stockwatch and an option is granted or warrants issued the "share issue" is adjusted to reflect same... I've always determined market cap from the total shares issued...Don't matter to me whether the shares are in escrow or whatever... They are issued... ...ed ...ed
