Clueless post. I've used this strategy for 100s of clients over the years. He holds his real estate in a way that he need not take one bit of salary. I would gladly argue that before appeals any day of any week, and I'm going to win it every time. This is not like working at your family corner store as an S-Corporation owner, who can be forced to take a reasonable salary for his labor. His income is predominantly from rents and disposables of capital assets. F*ing NYT. Idiots. Doesn't matter. He's kicking her ass at this point.
