What about the Obama admin breaking in to Merkel's and Sarkozy's emails, and listening in on their phone calls at will? They don't expect them to retaliate?

Hell, this was obvious from the outset. I remember arguing it with CJ at the beginning, explaining to him that it was an obvious sitting duck that clearly would have been ravaged. He said, "No evidence."

There was something close to 0% chance that everything on that server was not in the hands of every foreign intel agency.
