Great Lakes Graphite (GLK-V) Nov 3rd 2016 announces that following the close of business on November 2nd, 2016 a news release was inadvertently distributed by GLK that mentions the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") regarding a strategic partnership between the companies. Graphene 3D Lab (GGG-V) has confirmed that a potential partnership and general terms of a MOU have been discussed, however Graphene 3D has not signed a MOU with GLK and did not contribute to the GLK news release.
