I am very positive about the trends. And the trends I see, are that women and minorities will join together and provide the most powerful conscience the United States has ever had. And they will be able to back that up with their collective raw power which is substantial.. And they will be joined by old liberals like myself, who are not afraid of the future and have fought back to back with minorities, women and the LGBT community our entire lives. I think we should be heartened. Additionally Trump shined a light into the dark dank cave of racism, bigotry and hatred. So those people are going to be busy scurrying away out of the light trying to explain why they were willing to support a Hitler clone. I think we should be upbeat about the future. "The tide has turned and it is carrying an uzi"-lol.
