"Sell, merge, redesign, or cancel parts until you are fabless." Not really sure that's feasible for some markets. For some markets which you may not want to get out of, the business model may require custom or semi-custom designs or SoC configurations. I understand the general thrust of your comment, which is to go fabless as much as we can. But I think we need to know more about the business model and constraints under which NXP is operating, which may be very different from the mobile space.
