Jozef - Re: "Cyrix 6x86MX PR233 delivers about the same results on
benchmark tests as P-II 233. "

How many 6x86MX's has Cyrix sold vs. Pentium II's that Intel has sold?

How much money has Cyrix made on these sales?

Why has IBM chosen the AMD K6 to use in it's own IBM PCs instead of the 6x86MX that IBM itself makes?

Is this an endorsement for the 6x86MX - whenb the manufacturer of the part doesn't even use it?

The Bottom Line is the Botttom Line.

If the 6x86MX has any significant cost/performance advantages, it will be a winner. Currently, it is not a winner which makes it a loser.
