I think this is going to lead to a multi year boom and then something that looks like a crash due to inflation.

CAA. I add to my few shares. Low price to stated book value. I like some of the areas they operate in.
Otoh, mortgage rates are up about 1/2 percent, I've read. Also, like you, I have shares in several stick builders (e.g. KBH).
