The $30 million was after 6 years of litigation (prior to Christie) where the state could not prove its case despite the best efforts of the auditors and tax people employed by the NJ DRA.....entertaining the settlement offer was a good decision....you pinheads take the $30 million which included a large amount of interest, fees, etc as gospel....it was disputed and apparently with some merit or the litigation would not have gone on for 6 years...I realize these are complicated concepts for morons like you...
