Note the SAME Principal Executive office addresses for both IMAL (former DVBC) and Magellan Capital Corp. Seems that D. Mork let one get by them on this one. MCC and IMAL are both located in the same bldg, telephone number and share the same B.O.D! Something the SEC, FCC MAY find interesting.
