interesting comment. americans believe that their president is the most powerful person on the planet; that their country has the greatest military; that they are expected to take care of all the world problems, financially and morally, and do so ...... no? why then would the rest of the world not have more than a passing interest in american politics? no need to respond - it's a rhetorical question.
