Paul... don't do it because I (or anyone else) does it... it's an idea only, and I'm probably preaching to the choir, but you (I, or anyone) can't win playing another person's game... I have my own set of rules and goals that may not match yours -- again, I'm sure I don't have to repeat this to you, but do your own DD on OHI and compare it to your own rules and goals before pulling the trigger on it... I'm simply reporting what I'm doing and why -- I get ideas from you and others here, but always apply my own DD rules/goals before I buy/sell... whenever I used to do something just because someone else did, too many times I got burned and finally learned the difference between getting ideas and how to apply them (or not) to my own situation.
