Maybe you are right. But the share price has recently collapsed and at this price I think it's an opportunity. It never goes as planned and maybe the predictions are wrong. LILAK still generates cash flow, that is a good thing.

You don't want to buy what Mr Malone is selling (Malone had significant holdings in C&W before the merger).
This is unfair IMO. Malone got LILA/LBTYA stock for his C&W holdings, not cash. So really he was converting into LILA/LBTYA stock and has incentive for these to do well. He did not sell any of the stock AFAIK.
