Ray, a question for you:

QWST chart has had a unusually stable basing over past few weeks, unlike any other time since it's IPO. Would you care to comment on where this is going?

Wellllll helllllooooooo Rayyyyyy!!!!

Long time now bug! :-)

I haven't had much time to follow the stocks as I'm either on the road or doing a certification test (chuckle). In the middle of #4 right now.

CNXS has taken a real good jump.... had to couldn't get much lower. The volume has been good..... maybe this is finally it.

PTIS also has started to move back up. After buying at 8 it promptly dropped to 6 now close to 7.

I'm on a new laptop, a Winbook P166 with 48MB mem, 3 GB HD, etc. The company finally bought me one. I'm running Win NT 4.0 Workstation as I need it for the new software I'm certing on. I have to have IIS running plus a host of other services including OLAP server....... Yes Ray.... OLAP! Now I can cube my stocks! (he Hee Heeee)

You gave me a hard time over the costs of CD-Rs (well sort of) I forget what you said you though the better solution was but I've been getting new CD-Rs for FREE.... FREE! Best Buy stores has a deal that you buy 10 for $30 and get a $30 rebate! I do burns for the company I work for for $15 each so that's a pretty good mark-up huh?

Not much else happening, hope everything is going good for you. I still haven't had time to right the program to extract stock data from the PointCast Data files but it's coming soooooon.

Happy Holidays,

Walt

WGNR, AXC

Hi Ray,

First, I'd like to wish you a very happy New Year. We followed a Japanese tradition of eating Soba noodles at midnight. Looks like a good result so far.

You had WGNR on a list a while back, I liked it then, and got in and now it looks to be taking off. I am amazed at what can happen to some of these stocks after tax selling season has beaten them down in December. It makes me want to save everything I have for the last week in December for some real bargains. I got into AXC at 2 1/4 after someone around here made note of the CEO buying shares and after doing some FA, I jumped in. I know you don't like a down 50 dma, so I'm not sure that AXC would be for you, but I'm liking the ride for now.

Ray, thanks as always for sharing and best of luck for the year ahead.

David
