I imagine there will be a deadline for those companies that don't have current financials, in order to comply before being delisted from the OTC. I remember reading that over half of the OTC stocks aren't current, so I'm sure there will be a list somewhere.

I think the opportunity lies in excellence of trading skills/tactics.

1) Make sure your companies you are invested in are current with their financials. If it isn't see if Rule #2 applies.
2) Pick the best companies out of those that haven't filed, and go long in them AFTER the list of companies without current financials is released. If a companies name is on there will be some panic selling. Go long. Company files financials by the deadline, people get back in, price goes back up.

Alternatively if you could short BB stocks, short the ones that aren't likely to file.
