Bi-Research is a newsletter recommending only a handful of stocks a year. It is published about every 6 weeks. It has an excellent track record as per Hulbert Financial Digest. It gave me ABTX which was up 680% in 1997 amongst others. He follows FIBR and currently has it as a hold.
