I spoke with Frank Yoshino of the IR dept. of MTIC this morning regarding the date of the upcoming earnings announcement and the NASDAQ relisting status.

Earnings will be released on January 27th before the market opens.

On the relisting, Frank indicated that the application was now in front of a committee within NASDAQ. He did indicate that MTIC had one issue to respond to, but nothing else was pending from the company to NASDAQ and that the attorneys were handling the one open item. He did not elaborate on what the one item was. I inquired if the unusually amount of time that has passed since the initial filing of the application was normal. Frank said it was not. Accroding to the company attorneys, since MTIC was once listed on the main board and removed, this was the reason for the long process.

I would encourage anyone with questions about MTIC to call the company directly. I have spoken with Frank and his assistant several times since buying MTIC stock and have found them eager to answer questions and always quick to return calls. We all know this is what these guys get paid to do, but such quick and courteous service seems to be the exception rather than the rule today. Mr. Yoshino and his staff are to be congratulated for doing their jobs.

Now, let's hope for another great quarter and a NASDAQ listing to follow.
