Agreed Steve........

Remember this?

"Our latest tests show that our technology permits gasoline engines to run much cleaner, significantly reducing hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide pollution. In addition, our AVFCS is relatively simple to manufacture. We are capable of taking it to the mass production stage in about a year."

This is part of an annnoncement Reg Tech. made Sept. 2, 1997.
The last sentence of the announcement is a lie!
Consider the cost associated with new technologies only being
constucted for investigation under laboratory conditions.
It's an enormous step to take a device from this stage and
turn it into a commercially viable technology using mass-prodution
fabrication.. (Reg hasn't the money nor resources to do it)
In the mean time, throughout the period of development and
experimentation, other competitive technologies and companies
continue to evolve rapidly...

Reg better bust a move fast or it will be 5 cents a share..

Your friend,
Marty
