Why don't we discuss something germane to the issue. Why will the company lose its tax loss carryforwards if the money comes to RMIL?

And how can RMIL be a third party to this transaction?

Mork's problems with DVBC now IMAL and MCC may be handled by the SEC, FCC and maybe some other investigative agency very soon!
