GPS, you need to read more carefully. If you go back and read correctly, you will see that I wrote "racist's" because that's what Koan wrote which I pointed it out to him, especially since he was going on about education. You apparently didn't see that I also wrote that "apostrophe's" need to be in the right place.

Cyberspace is great - a couple of clicks and hey presto, here it is so you don't even have to click back upstream:
<< Also, racist's should use apostrophe's correctly. <a dog whistle to the racist's that they would keep African-Americans down if they were voted in?> >>

The fall in oil prices is GOOD news GPS. When oil prices fall, the owners of big reserves find that their profits fall heavily.

That's why I was able to predict "a bullet through the middle east" way back in 1988 [it was only a short time before Saddam was tempted into a military conquest of Kuwait] which resulted in the first Iraq war with USA/UN and Kuwait's oil being shut down for quite a time. Iraq's production also fell.

There are many people who are happy if there's conflict in the middle east and oil production is shut down.

But overall, for regular humans, cheaper oil is a good thing. Better still is reasonably stable pricing so people don't invest in things that are an economic mistake that then have to be shut down.

Fortunately for me, I'm not a shareholder in BP [which I assume you mistakenly thought I was]. I never was. But thanks for drawing my attention to it. If there's also a big market crunch, I might put BP on my shopping list.
