No wonder they are smiling . No wonder the Governor offers no guidance to the general population on the economic crises of 08 and the negative interest rate situation .

Canadians are paying about 80 billion a year in interest to those banks for borrowed $ ???????????????

Mean while the salary's of the banks top guy's gets bigger and more big .
