>>Check out the chart.<< While the stock is hopefully ready to start running, the chart still shows a stock in a downtrend. Combined w/ weak volume and the fact that the group has had a nice rally, I'm not thrilled with the action. Hopefully, the co. has a few more contracts like the last one to announce; that, and/or some real analyst coverage will get this stock moving.
